You can check when your next subscription is due by logging in at the top right of this screen with your logins created when you placed your first order with us. After logging in simply select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu on the left hand side to check all your subscription details

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the due date of your next order simply by logging in to your account, going to ‘Susbcriptions’ and selecting ‘Cancel Subscription from the top of your screen. Or you can call or email us for assistance in cancelling using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

For our ‘Seasonal Packs and Cult Hero’ you will receive a different set of wines hand selected by our team, every 3 months, based on the criteria outlined in the product information.

For all other subscriptions the wines are set, and you will receive the exact wines outlined in the product information that you have ordered.

For a customised subscription we are more than happy to build something just for you, and you will still receive our Lowest Price Guarantee as you do with our standard subscriptions. Simply call us or email us using the information on the Contact Us page on this website.
