Clos des Roques Minervois AOP

There’s a wildness to this wine — not untamed, but proud of its roots in the rocky hills of Minervois, where wind-whipped vines cling to sunbaked limestone and time seems to move a little slower. The blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache tells a tale of contrast: of power and elegance, spice and silk.

The nose opens like dusk in the garrigue — heady with blackberries, cracked pepper, and hints of dried herbs crushed underfoot. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and brooding, with dark fruit compote, black olive, and a whisper of smoked meat. Mourvèdre brings depth and tension, Grenache lends warmth and supple red fruit, while Syrah pulls everything into focus with its savoury edge and fine structure.
