The story of the Fuddling Cup Cabernet Sauvignon began in 2000 with a goal to be a small integrated boutique wine business making less than 1000 cases of very high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon. This was achieved with the very first vintage 2003 attracting critical acclaim and each subsequent vintage building on that success. Top class viticulture and winemaking practices are employed throughout. The vines are hand pruned, bunch thinned to control yields and produce excellent varietal character assuring intense flavours for these award-winning wines. Aging the wine in the finest French oak barriques rounds out the process, resulting in a Cabernet that has a rich abundance of ripe fruit and beautifully balanced oak. This is an excellent example of the best that the Margaret River Region has to offer. This wine delivers a Cabernet Sauvignon that exhibits deep crimson hues, power and balance in the primary fruit, knitted seamlessly to the rich overlay of toasty oak and silky tannins. Simply superb and we are proud to showcase it.
